The first time i reached out it took 4 days to get a response. Considering the situation we're all in I don't mind waiting 4 days to get a response as long as my question are answered completely.
I asked for an estimated ETA and was given a general response with no information specific to my request or order. That answer was provided shortly after i submitted ANOTHER request for information after not hearing back for almost a week.
Here is the bottom line because i don't want to waste anyone's time : When delays occur, COMMUNICATIONS must be made to the individuals affected. Once again, i understand that things are not easy right now but i shouldn't have to chase down your company and wait over an hour on the phone every day just to get an endless ringtone and your company voicemail. if your typical processing time is 1-3 days and i haven't received my bike or a PHONE call in 7, don't you think some sort of communication should be made to the person involved on the other side of this transaction?
I'm typically a very understanding person but cannot STAND it when a company ignores it's customers day after day. If you and your team have ANY interest in making this right you know where to reach me.
